Interstate Solo for 2011 looking for advice and partners

I'm in Melbs and looking for interested parties to start training for the 2011 swim, I'll be doing solo for the first time and I'm looking for any advice on swim clubs in Melbourne I should look at swimming with and or programs that I could follow. (have seen the one on this site from the seminar in August)

Any advice people ?
