First time soloist seeking a boat and skipper

I have done the swim in a team a couple of times, but this year I'm going for the solo!  I am extremely keen and hoping to find an equally enthusiastic skipper to support me and a couple of paddlers.  Will pay all expenses of course and perhaps negotiate some boat cleaning or similar in return! As well as my extreme gratitude of course!
