Boat for 2010

Hi, looking to enter the RCS for 2010 and a previous swimmer suggested I need to make enquiries for boat support asap.  I'm not sure where to start with securing a boat for this - can anyone point me in the right direction or pass on some contacts for people who would be able to assist.  Thanks.  Rose
