2010 RCSA AGM

NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Pursuant to Clause 16 of the Constitution of the Rottnest Channel Swim Association Inc, notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the Rottnest Channel Swim Association Inc will be held on Tuesday 18 May 2010 at The Executive Suite, Challenge Stadium, Stephenson Avenue, Mt Claremont at 7.30pm.
Subject to sub-rule 16 (9) of the Constitution of the Rottnest Channel Swim Association Inc, should members wish a resolution to be proposed or any other motions moved at the Annual General Meeting, they must be received by the Executive Officer in writing not less than fourteen (14) days prior to the meeting.
An agenda and all relevant papers will be forwarded to members not less than seven (7) days prior to the AGM.

Call for Committee Nominations
In accordance with sub-rule (10)(3) the RCSA is seeking nominations for the following Committee positions: President, Financial Controller and 3 non-executive Committee members.
Anyone seeking to nominate for the above positions should complete the appropriate Nomination Form and attach a copy of a current Curriculum Vita containing sufficient detail on the nominee’s skills and experience relevant to the vacancy.
Duly completed nominations are required in writing not less than seven (7) days prior to the AGM.
