2010 boat and crew hire

I'm planning on entering the Rottnest Channel swim as a solo in 2010. I'll be coming over from the UK. Trouble is I don't have access to a boat or crew. Does anyone know who is best to contact and how much it's likely to cost to hire a baot and crew? Would I need the boat for the 10K trial swim as well? I shouldn't need the boat too long... I anticipate doing the 10K swim in about 2 hours 15 minutes.
